Who we are

Standing with every Norwegian worker

NordicUB (Norwegian United Workers) was founded in 2015 to defend and advance the rights of all workers across Norway — from Oslo to the Arctic Circle. We are a democratic, member-driven union with over 45,000 members representing every major industry.
